1. What kind of products does BODYSCRIPTION offer?
We are a natural wellness store offering:

2. Are your products based on Islamic medicine?
Yes. Many of our offerings are inspired by Tibb an-Nabawi (Prophetic Medicine), blended with verified traditional and herbal knowledge. We also source select modern ingredients that align with natural healing and body harmony.
3. How do I know which product is right for me?
We’re working on a full product guide. For now, explore the product descriptions, or email us at hello@bodyscription.com and we’ll guide you based on your needs (e.g. sleep, stress, eczema, hormonal balance, joint pain, etc.)
4. Are your products safe for children or pregnancy?
Some are, but always check and consult a healthcare provider.
5. Where are your products made?
We source our ingredients from trusted suppliers around the world — including Egypt, Yemen, India, and Australia and ensure quality through small-batch production, organic and ethical sourcing.
6. How should I store your products?
Keep your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Most of our bottles are UV-protected amber glass for freshness and potency.
7. Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. We do not test on animals. Most of our products are plant-based any exceptions (e.g. honey) are clearly labeled.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Please note: if you are ordering honey, it is your responsibility to check whether it is allowed in your country. We are not responsible for customs restrictions or rejections related to honey or natural goods.
9. Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we can’t change address or product details. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately and we’ll do our best to assist.
10. What is your refund or return policy?
Due to the nature of our products (personal care and wellness), we do not offer returns. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of receiving it at hello@bodyscription.com.
