Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking updates by email. Please check your inbox and junk/spam folder for tracking notifications. If you have ordered pre order item, please ensure you check on the product page the time frame for the pre order item to be delivered.

International delivery
Body Scription is located in Australia and ships to over 55 countries worldwide. International standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your country and location.

Customs & duties
Customs and import charges
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, clearance charges or import requirements depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Before placing an order, we strongly recommend checking your country's customs rules, import restrictions, duties, taxes and fees, especially when ordering herbal, natural or wellness products.
Body Scription is not responsible for parcels that are delayed, held, rejected or returned by customs due to:
Unpaid customs duties, taxes or clearance fees
Import restrictions in the destination country
Failure to provide requested information to customs or the courier
Refusal to pay customs or import charges
Country-specific regulations outside of our control
If a parcel is rejected by customs and returned to us, a refund will only be considered once the parcel has been physically returned to our facility and all products are received unused, unopened and undamaged. Original shipping costs will not be refunded under these circumstances.
Failed deliveries
Uncollected and returned parcels
Once an order has been shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking updates and collect the parcel within the required timeframe, especially if a delivery attempt has been unsuccessful.
Body Scription is not responsible if a parcel is returned to us because:
The customer failed to collect the parcel
Delivery was attempted but unsuccessful
The customer entered an incorrect or incomplete address
The customer did not respond to courier, postal or customs notices
The parcel was rejected or returned due to customs fees, import duties or local restrictions
If a parcel is returned to us under these circumstances, we can only offer a refund once the parcel has been physically returned to our facility and the products are received unused, unopened and undamaged.
Please note that international returns can take approximately 2–3 months to reach us, depending on the postal service and destination country.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in cases involving failed delivery, uncollected parcels, incorrect addresses, customs rejection, unpaid customs fees or unpaid import duties.
Returns
If you have received your order and wish to organise a return, please contact us first.
support@bodyscription.com.auOnce your return request has been reviewed, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions. Please do not return an item unless we instruct you to do so.
Returned products must be unused, unopened and in their original condition. Refunds will only be issued once the returned items have been received and inspected.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error made by Body Scription.
Nothing here excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Failure to collect the parcel
Incorrect or incomplete address
Customs rejection

Import restrictions in the customer's country
