International shipping

BodyScription is based in Australia and ships to over 55 countries worldwide. International standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• New Zealand: 2–5 business days
• United States: 9–12 business days
• United Kingdom: 9–12 business days
• Canada: 6–15 business days
• Europe: 7–18 business days
• Middle East: 12–18 business days
• Asia: 6–15 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–27 business days

These are estimates only. Delivery may vary with customs processing, local postal services, public holidays, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts or other circumstances outside our control. Tracking updates are sent by email once dispatched.

Customs, duties & import fees

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, clearance charges or import requirements depending on the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Before ordering, we strongly recommend checking your country's customs rules, import restrictions, duties, taxes and fees — especially for herbal, natural or wellness products.

BodyScription is not responsible for parcels delayed, held, rejected or returned by customs due to:

• Unpaid customs duties, taxes or clearance fees
• Import restrictions in the destination country
• Failure to provide requested information to customs or the courier
• Refusal to pay customs or import charges
• Country-specific regulations outside our control

If a parcel is rejected by customs and returned to us, a refund will only be considered once it has physically reached our facility with all products unused, unopened and undamaged. Original shipping costs are not refunded in these cases.

Failed deliveries, uncollected parcels & incorrect addresses

Once an order has shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking and collect the parcel within the required timeframe, especially after an unsuccessful delivery attempt.

BodyScription is not responsible if a parcel is returned to us because:

• The parcel was not collected
• Delivery was attempted but unsuccessful
• An incorrect or incomplete address was entered
• Courier, postal or customs notices went unanswered
• The parcel was rejected or returned over customs fees, duties or local restrictions

If a parcel is returned under these circumstances, we can only offer a refund once it has physically reached our facility with products unused, unopened and undamaged. International returns can take approximately 2–3 months to reach us, depending on the postal service and destination.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in cases of failed delivery, uncollected parcels, incorrect addresses, customs rejection, or unpaid customs/import duties.

Returns after receiving your order

If you'd like to organise a return, please contact us first at support@bodyscription.com.au. Once we've reviewed your request, we'll provide the return address and instructions.

Returned products must be unused, unopened and in original condition. Refunds are issued only once returned items have been received and inspected. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Shipping costs are non-refundable where the return is caused by:

• Failed delivery
• Failure to collect the parcel
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Customs rejection
• Unpaid customs fees, duties or taxes
• Import restrictions in the customer's country
• Change of mind
