• Mix a pinch of fine Qust powder with a little water, ensure that the powder is very fine.

• While lying back, gently sniff into the nostrils (don’t force), if sniffing is not tolerated, gargoyle it and spit out.
• Do this 2x daily for 3–5 days

For Pleurisy (Chest Inflammation) (Sunnah method)

• Place a small pinch of Qust powder on the side of the mouth (inner cheek)
• Let it absorb slowly
• Use 2x daily as pain persists, no longer then 10 days then take a week break.

• Mix ½ tsp of Qust powder with warm water or raw honey
• Take once daily on an empty stomach for 10–14 days
• Then pause for 5–7 days before repeating if needed
